Islamabad: PPP leader Sherry Rehman says Pakistan was ill-prepared to contest Kulbhushan Jadhav case in the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
While talking to media in Islamabad, Ms Sherry Rehman said that Pakistan did not utilize the option available to it under Article 31 of Statute which allows a party to nominate an individual as a judge.
“You mishandled the case. First you failed to file your response till May 15 and then you decide to challenge the jurisdiction of the ICJ,” she said. The PPP leader said that lawyer Pakistan chose to contest the case lacked international experience.
